Autologous Epidermal Grafting Combined with Calcipotriol Ointment Cream in the Treatment of Vitiligo
Abstract：Objective:To follow up all the patients who had be cured with the treatment of autologous epidermal grafting combined with Calcipotriol Ointment Cream,and collect the material of curative effect and adverse affect.Method:68 cases of vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups,autologous epidermal grafting group with 33 cases and autologous epidermal grafting combined with Calcipotriol Ointment Cream group(combination group) which had 35 cases.All cases were followed up for 6 months.Result:The total effective rate of the combination group and the autologous epidermal grafting group was 89.6%and 74.7%,the combination group was better than the autologous epidermal grafting group.There was no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion:The autologous epidermal grafting combined with Calcipotriol Ointment Cream has better effective with the problem which was common after the surgery of autologous epidermal grafting,such as the pigment regeneration is slow,the pigment do not expanding for a long time,and the pigment is motley.The adverse reaction is slight.
