The Differential Diagnosis of Nodular Goiter and Thyroid Adenomas by Color Doppler Ultrasound

Abstract：Objective:To research and analyze the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound for patients suffered from nodular goiter and thyroid adenomas. Method:After pathological examination,62 patients who had been diagnosed with nodular goiter and thyroid adenomas were examined by color doppler ultrasound,then make a comparison and observation.Result:Single-nodi accounted for 88.2%(30/34)of the patients with thyroid adenoma,82.4%(28/34) of the patients with even internal echo. However,multiple nodi were found in 78.6%(22/28) of patients suffered from nodular goiter,and only 14.3%(4/28) of them were even internal echo,both have significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of color doppler ultrasound in patients with diagnosed nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma patients has high clinical value.
