Efficacy Observation of Children with Chronic Cough Postnasal Caused by Postnasal Drip Syndrome
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the treatment of children with chronic cough postnasal caused by postnasal drip syndrome. Method:110 cases of children with postnasal drip syndrome from May 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital was divided into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases of each group,the control group was treated with basic treatment,the observation group was treated with local treatment,the curative effect were compared in two groups.Result:The cough symptom score of two groups before the intervention had no significant difference (P>0.05),after intervention,the observation group was lower than that of control group,the effective rate of observation group 94.5%was higher than that of the control group 63.6%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Basic therapy combined with topical therapy can improve the chronic cough symptoms of children with postnasal drip syndrome effectively,the effect is significant,define and significant,and has application value very positive.
