ZHOU Fang-fang
Abstract:Objective:To explore clinical efficacy evaluation of submucosal fibroids hysteroscopic surgery treatment. Method:57 patients with uterine fibroids were selected from the November 2009 to March 2014 in our hospital under the mucous membrane, were randomly divided into two groups. One group of 29 patients was observed, using hysteroscopy for treatment, control group 28 cases, the use of conventional surgery treatment, surgical results were compared in patients with postoperative complications. Result:The observation group of operative time was observed (60.2±8.1)min,blood loss was (129.5±11.2)ml,the control group operative time was (91.9±12.3)min,blood loss was (288.2±23.5)ml,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Only 1 patient in observation group had excessive bleeding after vaginal after symptomatic treatment recovery time of surgical while the control group had postoperative infection in one case, three cases of low back pain, uterine perforation in 1 case. The observation groupⅠtype 0 and type were all satisfactory surgical results in patients with typeⅡpatients with one case was not satisfied. With the control group, type 0 and typeⅠwere all satisfactory surgical results in patients with type 2 patients withⅡcases were not satisfied, the effect of surgery was no statistically difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Hysteroscopic resection of the clinical efficacy of submucosal fibroids, shorter operative time, less blood loss, and can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
