Analysis of Treatment of 31 Cases of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy
Abstract：Objective:To explore the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP). Method:31 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy were selected from January 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital. 17 cases were given methotrexate by the intramuscular injection. 14 cases were cured by injecting methotrexate into gestational sac. Their therapy effects and detailed clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Result:The success rate of 13 cases in the group of intramuscular injection was 76.4%,the success rate of 13 cases in the group of the gestational sac injection was 92.8%. The total success rate of methotrexate was 83.8%.Conclusion:The success rate of the gestational sac injection group was apparently higher than the group of intramuscular injection,and the average hospitalization days of the former were less than the later. Local application could be significantly reduce the toxic side-effects of methotrexate.
