The Diagnostic Value Analysis of High-frequency Ultrasound in the Treatment of Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaques in Elderly Patients with Diabetes
Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value analysis of high-frequency ultrasound in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients with diabetes. Method:94 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients with diabetes were included in this study. Based on the sequence of enrollment, they were receiving high-frequency ultrasound and receiving X rays besides the same basic operative treatment in the two groups. The liver function parameters were observed and compared statistically. Result:X-ray detection rate was 77.66%(73/94),and it was significantly lower than the high-frequency ultrasound which was 92.55%(87/94),the difference was of statistically significant(P<0.05). All carotid intima-media thickness after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was of statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound has good diagnostic value in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients with diabetes.
