Comparison of Sevoflurane and Ketamine in Pediatric Anesthesia in Small Operation Curative Effect

Abstract:Objective:To explore small children anesthesia operation used in the clinical effect of inhalation anesthesia with Sevoflurane anesthesia and Ketamine intravenous comparison. Method:64 cases of operation from 2011 May to 2013 December in our hospital were selected as the research object,randomly divided into control group and study group,patients in study group in the operation of inhalation anesthesia with Sevoflurane,reference groups in the operation with Ketamine intravenous anesthesia,compared two groups of children with HR and bad anesthesia in reaction. Result:The adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than the reference group occurred,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the children in the induction of 5 minutes and 10 minutes HR was higher than the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia effect is ideal in pediatric anesthesia in small operation,also can reduce the adverse reaction.
