Diurnal Changes of Dynamic Electrocardiogram Diagnosis of Systolic Ventricular Premature and Its Clinical Significance
RONG Chun-lan
Abstract:Objective:To study the diurnal changes of dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis of systolic ventricular premature and the clinical significance. Method:Selected 50 patients with ventricular premature heart disease(group A) and 50 patients with non-cardiac ventricular premature beats (group B) in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014. Evaluated the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram of patients, and observed the patients ventricular premature,so that the diurnal variation of ventricular premature would be more accurate. Result:Both of the two groups had more multi-patient. There was no obvious relationship between the patients with ventricular diurnal variation and the foundation of early heart rate. The severity of Nocturnal ventricular premature of the coronary heart disease reduced and increased in a similar frequency, other heart disease patients were greatly reduced, most of the patients with heart disease reduced 2 to 3 degrees, while the patients of group B reduced 1 to 2 degree(73.7%),the number of cases increased significantly. Conclusion:Premature ventriculardiurnal variation is associated with the tension of sympathetic and also related to the cardiac load change, damage extent, and the cause of heart disease.
