Levamlodipine to Moming Blood Pres-sure Surge Clinical Effect Observation By Different Taking Medicine Way

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Levamlodipine to moming blood pres-sure surge by different taking medicine way.Method:The test subjects were divided into two groups,group A in the every morning took Benazepril 10 mg and Levamlodipine 2.5 mg.Group B in the every morning took Benazepril 10 mg and in the every night took Levamlodipine 2.5 mg.Observing two groups of patients before taking the medicine and after treatment of 4 weeks 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure change and antihypertensive effect.Result:Group A and group B of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure determination of each index after treatment were lower than before treatment,after treatment group B below after treatment group A in 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure measurement of all indexes(P<0.05).Group B had better antihypertensive effect than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levamlodipine by use at night of way can more smoothly and effectively control the moming blood pres-sure surge,is conducive to the treatment of high blood pressure.
