Comparative Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail and Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate for Tibia Fracture
LI Xue-jun
Abstract:Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive percutaneous plate for tibia fracture. Method:80 cases of tibia fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(treated with interlocking intramedullary nail) and the observation group(treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate). The perioperative situation and excellent rate of two groups were compared.Result:The operative time, blood loss and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Hospitalization time and excellent rate of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive percutaneous plate for tibia fracture have exact effect.
