Treatment Experience on Posterior Malleolar Fracture in the Treatment of Anklebone Fracture

Abstract:Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of posterior malleolar fracture after anklebone fracture,summarizing the treatment experience.Method:70 cases of posterior malleolar fracture accompanied by anklebone fracture patients were choosed as the research object,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and follow-up,analyzed related factors influencing the postoperative functional recovery.Result:The degree of trauma,age were the important factors to affect the postoperative functional recovery of ankle joint,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).By different methods of surgery and trauma to the time of surgery did not directly affect the ankle postoperative function recovery(P>0.05).Conclusion:The type of traumatic anklebone fracture and the age of patients are the important factors to affect the postoperative functional recovery of ankle joint.
