The Analysis of Healthy People,Obesity,Diabetes and Hyperthyroidism Patients’ Plasma Resistin Levels

Abstract：Objective:To explore the analysis of healthy people,obesity,diabetes and hyperthyroidism patients’ plasma resistin levels.Method:Selected our hospital of obesity,diabetes,hyperthyroidism patients and healthy people in 2013,50 cases in each group,After blood samples were collected to be used ED-TA anticoagulant treatment,and added aprotinin to prevent the degradation of anticoagulant factors.Immunosorbent assay absorbance for the detection was measured in microplate reader,insulin was measured in chemiluminescence analyzer.Glucose,cholesterol,triglycerides were used in automatic biochemical analyzer to measure.Result:It was negative correlation between resisitin and insulin resistance,and positive with body mass index,obesity,diabetes and hyperthyroidism patients’resistin were higher than healthy group.Diabetes,hyperthyroidism group’s resisitin were higher than obesity group.Conclusion:Resisitin elevated can lead to insulin resistance,and so the obesity evolved to diabetes.Resisitin level increased of hyperthyroidism patients group help to explain the hyperthyroidism insulin resistance.
