Total Hip Arthroplasty and Internal Fixation of Fracture of Femoral Neck Fractures in the Elderly Patients
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fixed operation of total hip joint replacement and internal fracture of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Method:The permutation group was treated with total hip replacement operation, the internal fixation group was treated with fixed operation. The bleeding volume, operation time, postoperative ambulation, and prognosis, hospitalization time, complications, treatment costs of two group were recorded and compared.Result:The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume,posto-perative to ambulation time, hospitalization time of the permutation group were significantly less than that of the internal fixation group, but its operation cost was high. The incidence rate of the permutation group was 11.76%,was significantly lower than that of the internal fixation group. The short future curative effect of two groups were satisfactory, but long term effect of the replacement group was significantly better than that of the internal fixation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinician should be based on the actual situation of patients with femoral neck fracture, considering such as disease, osteoporosis, economic situation, choose the appropriate treatment,so as to improve the therapeutic effect and the prognosis of patients, guarantee the quality of life.
