Clinical Observation on Type Blood-heat Syndrome Psoriasis Treatment with Narrow Band Ultraviolet B Phototherapy Combined Keyin Mixture
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of type blood-heat syndrome psoriasis treatment with narrow band ultraviolet B phototherapy combined Keyin Mixture.Method:100 patients in the treatment group with NB-UVB irradiation combined with oral Keyin Mixture,100 cases in the control group only with NB-UVB treatment.Result:After 4 weeks,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 80.0% and 52.0%,8 weeks after the total efficiency were 92.0% and 63.0%,the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,8 weeks after the total efficiency was significantly higher than that in 4 weeks,two courses of the total effective rate was more than one course of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group of pruritus was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrow band ultraviolet B irradiation effect of combined with Keyin Mixture of oral treatment type blood-heat syndrome psoriasis is better than single treatment with NB-UVB irradiation, and can significantly relieve skin itching caused by ultraviolet irradiation,treatment should be 8 weeks.
