Risk Factors Related to the Analysis of Recurrent Intracerebral Hemorrhage
DU He-bin
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the risk factors for recurrence of cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 375 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage into the initial issuance of 326 cases and re-emerging group of 49 cases of cerebral hemorrhage. In univariate analysis, based on the use of Logistic stepwise multivariate analysis method to establish recurrent intracerebral hemorrhage independent factors.Result:The results of recurrent cerebral hemorrhage smoking, high blood pressure and diabetes were significantly higher than the proportion of first group(P<0.05),and the average age of first occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage also smaller than the first(P<0.05).Logistic stepwise analysis,hypertension,long-term smoking, diabetes was an independent risk factor for recurrent cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion:Hypertension,long-term smoking, diabetes and recurrent intracerebral hemorrhage is relevant.
