Clinical Observation of Modified Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction in the Treatment of Menopausal Osteoporosis

Abstract：Objective:To study the curative effect of Modified Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction in the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.Method:From September 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital for treatment of 78 cases with postmenopausal osteoporosis patients as the research object,and they were equally divided into the control group and the observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group treated with Salmon Calcitonin,the observation group treated with Modified Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction.The clinical effects of two groups were observed.Result:The observation group after treatment for 12 and 24 weeks bone were better than that of the control group and the groups before treatment(P<0.05),while the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,it was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis of women has a better curative effect,can effectively control the bone biochemical markers of patients.
