Investigation of the Infection of HbsAg,Anti-HCV,Anti-TP,Anti-HIV Among the Rural Elderly Residents in Huainan City
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the infection of serum hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg),antibody against hepatitis C virus(anti-HCV),antibody against T pallidum(anti-TP) and antibody against human immunodeficiency virus(anti-HIV) among the rural elderly residents in huainan city.Method:The results of blood tests among the rural elderly residents in Panji district of Huainan city were statistically analyzed.Result:The total positive rate of HBsAg was 6.72%(70/1041).Among them,HBsAg positive rate of male was 8.63%,HBsAg positive rate of female was 5.45%.Positive rate of HBsAg in male was significantly higher than that in the female(P<0.05).Positive rate of HBsAg in 41-49 years old group were significantly higher than those in more than 49 years old(P<0.05). Positive rate of anti-HCV,anti-TP and anti-HIV were 0.19%(2/1041),0.48%(5/1041) and 0(0/1041).Conclusion:Results show that the infection status of rural elderly residents of Huainan city,positive rate of HBsAg in male is higher than that in the female,and middle-aged is higher than older.
