The Efficacy Comparing of Raltitrexed and Fluorouracil Respectively Combined Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Recurrence

Abstract：Objective:To evaluation the clinical efficacy of Raltitrexed and Fluorouracil respectively combined Oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer recurrence.Method:73 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group 37 cases,the use of Raltitrexed combined Oxaliplatin treatment,the control group of 36 patients,the use of fluorouracil combined Oxaliplatin treatment, the clinical efficacy,1 year survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared.Result:There were complete remission 0 case,partial remission in 17 cases,13 cases of stable development of seven cases,the effective rate of 45.9%(17 patients),the disease control rate was 81.1%(30 patients) in the observation group,in the control group 0 case of complete remission,partial remission 6 cases,15 cases of stability,the development of 15 cases,the effective rate of 16.7%(6 patients),the disease control rate was 58.3%(21 patients),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 year survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Raltitrexed combined Oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer recurrence is good,can effectively improve the survival rate of patients a year,a small side effects,worth to be promoted in clinical practice.
