Research on Clinical Comparison of Two Groups of Dialysis Patients with Different Years

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical difference between the dialysis patiens with different dialysis years,so as to guide clinic application. Method:The clinical data of seventy-six chronic renal failure patients,who were treated in the center of blood purification of our hospital in December 2013, were divided into two groups(>6 years or <6 years) according to their dialysis years,and a comparison study was made on the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),amount of dehydration,hemoglobin(HGB),serum albumin(ALB), phosphorus(P), calcium(Ca),parathyroid hormone(PTH),serum ferritin(sF),total cholesterol(CHO) and triglyceride(TG) between the two groups.Result:There were significant differences in SBP,Ca,CHO and TG between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in DBP,HGB,PTH and amount of dehydration etc between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with dialysis duration for long time have lower systolic blood pressure,appropriate hyperlipidemia and blood calcium are higher comparing with normal limits than patients with dialysis duration for shot time.
