Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial shaft fractures.Method:42 cases with closed fractures of tibial shaft in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.21 fractures in the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing,21 fractures in the control group were treated with open reduction and plate fixation. The incision length, operation time, blood loss, healing time difference, postoperative complications for two internal fixation surgery patients were compared.Result:The incision length, healing time in the experimental group compared with those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the operative time, blood loss, postoperative complications in the experimental group compared with those in the control group, there were no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation of tibial shaft fractures with small surgical incisions, faster healing time, fewer complications, small trauma surgery, postoperative functional advantages of quick recovery, good clinical efficacy,it is worthy of promotion.
