The Comparison of Different Treatments Efficacy of Trichomonas Vaginitis

Abstract：Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of different methods on trichomonas vaginitis treatment.Method:198 patients of trichomonas vaginitis were randomly divided into three groups, 66 cases for each group.Ornidazole suppository combined ceftriaxone was placed in vagina for treatment of group A.Only ornidazole suppository was placed in vagina of group B.Only metronidazole was placed in vagina of group C.By observing and comparing different treatments effects on the three groups.Result:The effective rate of group A, group B and group C were respectively 100%, 93.94%, 81.82%.After treatment, the treatment effect of group A was the best, group B was the second, group C was the worst.After treatment, the difference was statistically significant by comparing effective rate of group A and group C.After treatment, trichomonad, pH value and cleanliness of the three groups were obviously improved, compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of trichomonad, pH value and cleanliness in group A were the best, group B was the second, group C was the worst.The differences were statistically significant between group A and group C in improving number of trichomonad, pH value and cleanliness(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ornidazole suppository combined triazine cephalosporin can effectively treat trichomonas vaginitis, the effects are significantly better than single medication, safe and few adverse reactions.
