The CT Diagnosis of Colon Cancer and its Application Value

Abstract:Objective:To explore the characteristics of CT diagnosis for colon cancer,to evaluate the application value of CT in the diagnosis of colon cancer.Method:This paper analyzed clinical data of 40 cases of patients diagnosed with colon cancer by surgery pathology or fiber colonoscopy.Compared CT examination results so as to assessing the characteristics and value of CT in the diagnosis of colon cancer.Result:CT detection of colon cancer tumor location in completed accord with the results of the surgical pathology report.CT examination and pathological staging results compare with detection stage result were the same of 38 cases,accuracy of 95%.At the same time CT examination was helpful to understand the tumor invasion degree,the changes of morphology and lumen lymph node and distant metastasis.Conclusion:CT diagnosis of colon cancer with high accuracy,can show involvement of adjacent tissue,lymph nodes and distant organs without metastasis,high diagnostic value for colon cancer.
