Analysis of Clinical Treatment of Senile Pulmonary Heart Disease Combined with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of clinical treatment of senile pulmonary heart disease combined with coronary heart disease. Method:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of our hospital admissions of 41 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease in elderly patients,were given the same basic treatment,and given the treatment of individualized treatment plan according to the patient’s complication or cause. Result:In this study,the total effective rate was 92.68%after treatment,including 15 cases of symptomatic relief,the ECG of 13 cases significantly improved,10 cases cardiac function significantly improved,and the remaining 3 cases were invalid.Conclusion:For the patients with chronic corpulmonale in the elderly with coronary heart disease should be early prevention,early diagnosis and early treatment.At the same time,the basic treatment should taken combined the individual treatment for their complications or cause,to further improve the curative effect,improve the quality of life of patients.
