Test Result Analysis on Second Liver Two Half-and-half and Transaminase of 594 Cases

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the test results of second liver two half-and-half and transaminase(ALT),evaluate its detection value,and make effective quality control measures.Method:Second liver two half-and-half was quantitatively detected by abbott laboratories i2000 chemiluminescence method, transaminase used roche Cobas 8000 automatic biochemical analyzer for testing.Result:594 cases with second liver two half-and-half and transaminase testing personnel,a total of 286 cases of infection with HBV,accounted for 48.15%,included HHA 44 cases(7.4%),small three this world 10 cases(1.68%). Transaminase heighten had 19 cases(3.20%).Infection of transaminase heighten had 8 cases(2.80%),the number of transaminase heighten in non-infections had 11 cases(3.57%).Transaminase heighten,transaminase positive rate of two half-and-half positie and two half-and-half negatie were basically same(2.80%,3.57%), showed no trend that second liver infected people was higher than uninfected people transaminase positive.Conclusion:Second liver two half-and-half detect is important basis and the reference standard in the diagnosis of hepatitis b and clinical inspection process to strengthen the unified management of inspection personnel,strengthen quality awareness,in strict accordance with the operating rules,to be in earnest,rigorous and responsible attitude,to ensure the truthful and accurate test results.
