Rare Parts of the Image Analysis of Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the sacral giant cell tumor(GCT) three imaging methods (X-ray,CT and MRI) of their performance characteristics. Method:Forty-two cases of patients with the disease for study,underwent X-rays,CT and MRI,while X-ray analysis of its performance characteristics,and compare the results with surgical pathology.Result:In the sacral giant cell tumor imaging aspects,X-ray,CT and MRI,each with advantages and disadvantages, the use of only a single imaging difficult to diagnose real good nature of the tumor,should be integrated using three different imaging means.Conclusion:X-ray, CT and MRI can be based on their point of view tips related pathology GCT of the sacrum,the combination of the three can be more effectively display its imaging features,providing favorable conditions for subsequent characterization and identification work.
