Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Operation of Gastric Perforation

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic operation of gastric perforation.Method:54 cases of patients with gastric perforation in our hospital were randomly selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group treated with laparoscopic gastric perforation operation,while the control group was only given normal operation of gastric perforation repair.Result:By comparison,the effective rates of the treatment group was 96.29%,the control group was 74.07%.Thus,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of gastric perforation,in addition to effectively detect omissions or is outside the misdiagnosis of tumor laparoscopic gastric perforation operation,the treatment effect is very obvious,training time is relatively short,and the operation wound area is very small,in the clinical treatment of gastric perforation popularized value very therapy.
