Clinical Analysis of 100 Cases of Laparoscopic Operation for the Treatment of Appendicitis

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis.Method:From April 2011 to July 2013 200 cases of appendicitis were divided into the observation group(n=100) and the control group(n=100),the observation group treated with laparoscopic surgical,the control group treated with traditional open surgery,the efficacy of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time,postoperative activity time and postoperative anal exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative infection rate of the observation group were lower than the control group,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgical treatment can reduce the pain of the patients with appendicitis and short the recovery time,and also can reduce the incidence of infection,is worth of clinical promotion.
