Application of Intraoperative and Postoperative Pulmonary Artery Catheter in Critical Cardiovascular Surgery
PENG Song-quan
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of pulmonary artery catheter in the center of vascular surgery, intraoperative and postoperative.Method:From January 2012 to August 2010 60 cases of patients who received critical cardiovascular surgery were selected, all patients were under the pulmonary artery catheter surveillance, the pulmonary artery pressure(PAP),pulmonary capillary pressure(PCWP),mean arterial pressure(MAP), central venous pressure(CVP),heart rate(HR),mixed venous oxygen saturation(SvO2),and continuous cardiac output(CCO) of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative were compared, and using SPSS 13.0 software package for the statistical analysis to compare the results.Result:The PAP,CVP,PCWP and HR of intraoperative were significantly higher than that of preoperative(P<0.05).The MAP,CCO and SvO2 of intraoperative were significantly lower than than of preoperative(P<0.05).The CCO and HR of postoperative were obviously higher than that of preoperative(P<0.05).Before and after operation, the PAP,CVP, PCWP,MAP and SvO2 had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary artery catheter can be in the process of critical cardiovascular surgery in patients with hemodynamic index to conduct a comprehensive inspection,to evaluate patients' vital signs in the art of clinical treatment measures and reasonable is great significance, has clinical application value.
