Abstract:Objective:To investigate the significance of the quantity of the serum CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA125 and NSE of patients with lung cancer in the clinical types and pathological types of lung cancer.Method:The serum samples of 104 patients with lung cancer and 50 patients with benign lung diseases were measured.Result:The quantity of the serum CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA125 and NSE of patients with lung cancer were higher than that of patients with benign lung diseases. The positive rate of CEA in stageⅣadenocarcinoma was highest. The positive rate of CYFR21-1 in stageⅣadenocarcinoma and stageⅣsquamous cell carcinoma was higher than other stages. The positive rate of CA125 in stageⅠ-Ⅳadenocarcinoma was higher than other lung cancers. The positive rate of CEA and CA125 and the clinical stage of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma were significantly correlated.Conclusion:CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA125 and NSE can be used as screening indicators of lung cancer. The level of tumor markers was significantly correlated with the clinical stage and pathological type of lung cancer.
