Resistance and Pancreatic β-cell Function of Gestational Abnormal Glucose Metabolism and Blood Sugar Normal Insulin

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the resistance and pancreaticβ-cell function of gestational abnormal glucose metabolism and blood sugar normal insulin.Method:40 cases with maternal gestational diabetes as observation group and 40 cases with normal blood sugar at the same period as the control group, then glucose and insulin resistance index and insulin secretion index were compared in the two groups at different time points.Result:The observation group with fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose 1 hour and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose were higher than normal and were higher than control group(P<0.05),insulin resistance index of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),insulin secretion index was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maternal gestational diabetes blood sugar are with insulin secretion index and increase insulin resistance.
