Application of Antibiotics in Different Time Treatment Affect Short-term Effect Analysis of Patients with Periodontitis

Abstract：Objective:To study the treatment effect and application value of antibiotics in different time machine application antibiotics in the treatment of aggressive periodontitis.Method:Choosing 98 cases aggressive periodontitis patients in our hospital treatment of patients,according to randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,49 cases in each group,were given periodontal treatment,the observation group in scaling after application of amoxicillin and metronidazole,the application amoxicillin and metronidazole of the control group after curettage treatment,the situation of two groups were observed.Result:Two groups of patients after 8 weeks of treatment,probing depth,attachment loss had no significant difference(P>0.05).The observation group patients bleeding index was lower than the control group,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Probing depth more than 7mm sites and furcation sites probing depthreduction rate in observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant between group comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amoxicillin combined with Metronidazole has a good therapeutic effect in treatment of patients with aggressive periodontitis,for probing depth more than 7 mm sites of the patients can be treated in the medication after scaling,but also with the long term curative effect observation.
