Experience of Nursing for Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after Surgical Intervention

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the nursing methods and results for patients with acute myocardial infarction after surgical intervention. Method:100 cases routine admitted to the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with primary PCI in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2013 were randomly divided into a control group of 50 patients and 50 cases in the observation group,50 cases in the control group underwent routine care,the observation group was given nursing intervention based on the control group,the complication in the two groups was compared,the rate of patient satisfaction were observed situation.Result:The rate of patient satisfaction was 96%in the observation group,the control group was 76%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective nursing interventions can improve patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,worthy of further promotion use.
