Clinical Efficacy of Psychological Nursing Intervention for Epileptic Patients with Depression

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of psychological nursing intervention for cases of epileptic patients with depression.Method:316 cases in our hospital in the last two years epileptic patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group. The control group,with ordinary nursing treatment and the observation group with additional psychological nursing intervention in the meantime,analyze the FIM index both before and after the treatment and the efficacy after it,and tabulate the results for further analysis.Result:Comparing different levels of the FIM index scores of the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent rate of the control group was 53.16%while the treatment group was 64.56%after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention for epileptic patients with depression is more effective with better clinical efficacy,which is worth popularization and application.
