CHEN Gao-ke
Abstract:Objective:To study the significance of detection of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Method:The level of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen of 108 patients with different types of coronary artery diseases and 62 health people from May 2011 to Dec 2012 were detected. The results of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen were analyzed.Result:The levels of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients were higher than those of healthy people, unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and stable angina pectoris(SAP) patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).The levels of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen of UAP patients were higher than those of healthy people and SAP patients(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance of the levels of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen between healthy people and SAP patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The detection of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen contribute to the diagnosis and typing of coronary heart disease.
