Application Analysis of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Combined with Flexible Ureteroscope in the Treatment of the Upper Ureteral Calculi and Renal Calculi

Abstract：Objective:To investigate application analysis of the retroperitoneal combined with flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of the upper ureteral calculi and renal calculi.Method:Fifty-six patients of the upper ureteral calculi and renal calculi in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group of 28 cases. The control group was adopted flexible ureteroscope operation method. The treatment group based on the use of laparoscopic and flexible ureteroscope combined with operation therapy. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared after treatment.Result:Fifty-six patients were removed out of stones,and their symptoms were significantly improved after operation. The amount of bleeding in operation,operation time,hospitalization time,drainage tube removal time,extubation time,ambulation time in the treatment group were better than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic combined with flexible ureteroscope in treatment of upper ureteral calculi and renal stones is good,which is worthy of clinical application.
