Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect in patients with refractory obstetrics hemorrhage.Method:Fifty-eight cases of refractory obstetrics hemorrhage patients from March 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group of 29 cases. The control group were in the treatment of uterine artery ligation, and the the experimental group were given uterine artery embolization treatment. The hemostatic effect of two groups of patients, adverse reactions, and surgery were compared after treatment.Result:The hemostatic effect of experimental group patients was obviously higher than that of control group, the effective rate of the control group was 68.97%while the treatment group was 96.55%after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the experimental group of patients with operation time, intraoperative bleeding and vaginal bleeding time were lower than the control group patients, and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Adverse reactions occurred in patients with experimental group obviously lower than the control group patients, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of uterine artery embolization in patients with refractory hemorrhage of department of gynaecology surgery has significant effect,is worth popularizing in clinic.
