Clinical Efficacy Observation of Shenmai Injection and Huangqi Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection combined Huangqi injection in the treatment chronic pulmonary heart disease.Method:46 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in our hospital were divided into the control group(n=23),treated by Shenmai injection and the observation group(n=23),treated by Huangqi injection on the basis of control group.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,the control group was 73.91%,it was significantly higher in the observation group than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement degree of blood analysis of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Adverse reactions of two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection combined Huangqi injection in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease is significant,it can improve cardiac function fundamentally without side effects.
