Abstract:Objective:To analyze the best treatment of percutaneous coronary intervention for elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome, and provide reference for improving therapeutic efficacy and safety of coronary syndrome.Method:82 cases elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome from August 2011 to January 2014 were selected for the study, they were randomly divided into two groups, both groups use of percutaneous coronary intervention.Radial artery group was given the radial artery path, femoral artery group was treated with femoral artery route, the treatment efficacy and safety were observed and compared. Result:The successful rate, operative time,X-ray exposure time were not significantly different contrast in two groups, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the radial artery group of patients was less blood loss and postoperative complication rate compared with the femoral artery, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of percutaneous coronary intervention is better for elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome, which transradial approach is safe and effective intervention can be used as the preferred method of treatment.
