Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicating with hyperlipidemia, which made guidance for clinical treatment.Method:112 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease were treated from February 2012 to February 2013 in author’s hospital, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,61 cases in each. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment, the treatment group on the basis of the control group with atorvastatin treatment, observing the clinical effect of treatment of two groups after treatment and adverse reaction conditions.Result:After treatment,TC,TG and blood lipid levels were significantly better than the control group, and the treatment group patients with angina frequency was significantly less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after treatment, there were no serious liver, renal function impairment. Conclusion:Clinical effect of atorvastatin in treatment of hyperlipidemia with coronary heart disease significantly, can effectively control the blood lipid levels, and it is safe and reliable,is worthy of clinical application.
