Clinical Rapeutic Effect of Oral Restoration in Elderly

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral restoration in elderly,and the actual data analysis,summarize the experience in treatment of elderly oral diseases.Method:100 cases of elderly patients with oral diseases were treated from March 2013 to January 2014 in author’s hospital,the clinical data were oral health examination on its analysis,combined with the actual condition of patients to treatment plan.Combined with the actual status of the patients of postoperative health education,and the treatment effect of random visit.Result:In 100 patients,59 cases of removable partial denture,41 patients with fixed partial denture. After the random follow-up activities denture patients a year after the repair was not oral health problems.Conclusion:Removable partial denture is the main method to repair the old in prosthodontics,fixed partial denture for minor repair method,only through good repair can better oral health guarantee patients.
