Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel in acute coronary syndrome. Method:120 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome were treated from January 2011 to December 2013 in author’s hospital, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each. The control group was given aspirin therapy, the experimental group was given aspirin plus clopidogrel treatment, the incidence of the two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and adverse cardiovascular response.Result:Clinical treatment in experimental group, the total effective rate was 93.3%, significantly higher than 71.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, troponin levels in two groups were decreased, but the experimental group decreased more significantly, there was statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence was 6.67%lower than that of the control group of 20%patients with cardiovascular adverse reactions to the test group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with acute coronary syndrome, effectively reduce the patient’s troponin levels,a significant clinical effect, and can effectively reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse reactions, safe, effective,is an effective drug for treatment of acute coronary syndrome.
