Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of storage temperature and time for delivery specimens detection result,reliability evaluation of transmission project results,determine the undergraduate office part transmissionproject.Method:Different time and temperature blockforeign projects was tested using the Abbott 2000i.Result:HEV-IgG,T3,T4,TSH,CA125,sex hormone had little effect on the results.InS,NSE,F-PSA,IgA delivered a greater impact on the results.Conclusion:Carrying out can’t send project,ensure the inspection quality.
