Clinical Effect of Tibial Fracture with Magneto-optical Voice-activated Navigation Lock Intramedullary Nail

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical effect of tibial fracture with magneto-optical voice-activated navigation lock intramedullary nail,summarizing the clinical application value.Method:From June 2011 to January 2013,78 cases of tibial fractures in our hospital were selected,according to the randomized double blind method they were divided into the experimental group(n=40) and the control group(n=38), the experimental group was treated with magneto-optical voice-activated navigation lock intramedullary nail,the control group was given traditional sight positioning method,the clinical effect of two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of two groups was 100%,the operation time,length of hospital stay,hospital expenses and clinical healing time of the experimental group were (62.81±12.44)min,(20.21±12.44)d,(13 470.34±4184.47)yuan,(10.71±2.44)weeks,the above indicators were superior to the control group,there were statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tibial fracture treated with magneto-optical voice-activated navigation lock intramedullary nail has good effect,high clinical value,is worthy of further promotion.
