Clinical Efficacy in Children with Mild to Moderate Persistent Asthma with Montelukast Soudium Tablets

Abstract：Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of mild to moderate persistent asthma with Montelukast Soudium Tablets.Method:Data were randomly selected from December 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital for treatment of mild to moderate persistent asthma in children 76 patients divided into two groups according to the mechanical sampling method,as consolidated symptomatic treatment for 7 days,the control group(n=38) was given Budesonide inhalation therapy, the study group(n=38) was treated with Montelukast Soudium Tablets,the clinical therapeutic effects and lung function improvement of two groups were compared.Result:The first two weeks of treatment,the number of days of asymptomatic in the study group were more than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment 4,8 weeks,the days of asymptomatic and the number of recurrent disease of the study group were better than the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PEF%,FEV1% and FVC% of the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with mild to moderate persistent asthma treated with Montelukast Soudium Tablets has a special effect, is worth to be popularized.
