The Study of the Role of Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Cystatin C in the Early Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy
Abstract:Objective:To understand the role of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and cystatin C(CysC) in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN). Method:The patients with diabetic nephropathy from December 2011 to December 2013 in the hospital were treated sample,72 patients selected according to the rate of urinary albumin excretion were randomly divided into three groups. Group A was massive proteinuria, group B was microalbuminuria and group C was extremely microalbuminuria group. Three groups of BNP and urinary albumin excretion CysC concentration and rate(UAER) were compared. Result:Which showed that A,B,C three groups of patients with DN BNP were (112.5±55.2),(14.2±15.7),(9.8±15.2)ng/L respectively, and the difference among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Three groups of patients with DN (inhibition test results C were (2.10±0.87),(1.53±0.44),(1.47±0.47)mg/L respectively, and the difference among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Three groups of patients with DN urine protein test results rule out rate were (526.5±360.4),(65.2±53.1),(11.5.47±8.2)mg/d respectively and the difference among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Other studies found that the BNP and CysC and urine trace albumin out rate was significantly positive correlation(r=0.408,P<0.01 and r=0.662,P<0.01). Conclusion:BNP joint CysC has important implications for clinical application in patients with early diagnosis of DN.
