Ultrasound Study of Intracranial Arterial Hemodynamics in Schizophrenic Patients
SONG Yan-mei
Abstract:Objective:To study the intracranial arterial hemodynamics ultrasound characteristics in schizophrenic patients.Method:43 cases of schizophrenia as a disease group, select the same period 42 cases of physical healthy subjects as controls group, they were checked transcranial Doppler ultrasound, the anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery assessment and comparative analysis of the corresponding peak systolic velocity index, diastolic peak velocity index and peak mean flow velocity indicators.Result:The disease group cerebral artery, the anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery peak systolic velocity corresponding index patient before brain, diastolic peak velocity index, and peak mean flow velocity index values were significantly lower than those detected in control group detection result(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with schizophrenia displayed in transcranial Doppler ultrasound intracranial artery hemodynamics significantly to reduce intracranial arterial blood flow velocity is the most significant indicator, is worthy of concern and attention.
