The Effect Study of Iron Sucrose for Renal Anemia of Chronic Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract：Objective:To study the application value of iron sucrose for renal anemia in chronic hemodialysis patients.Method:60 cases of renal anemia of hemodialysis patients from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was given intravenous Iron Sucrose,the control group was taken Iron Polysaccharide Complex Capsules,and the two groups were combined use of Erythropoiesis Stimulants(ESA) treatment.After 12 weeks treatment,the change of hemoglobin(Hb),Hematocrit(HCT),serum ferritin(SF),transferrin saturation(TSAT) were observed.Result:Before drug treatment,there were no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in Hb,HCT,SF and TSAT, but after treatment the rising trend of these indicators of the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).The adverse reaction of observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous Iron Sucrose in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with renal anemia can better rectify the iron-deficiency,increase the iron reserves,improve the curative effect of renal anemia,is worthy of popularization and application.
