The Effect Evaluation of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Methyl Prednisolone in the Treatment of Severe Bronchial Asthma Patients

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Methyl Prednisolone in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma patients.Method:From April 2013 to January 2014,56 cases of severe bronchial asthma patients as the research object,they were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,observation group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate and Methyl Prednisolone,the control group was treated with Methyl Prednisolone,therapeutic effect and lung function index in two groups of patients were compared.Result:The efficiency in observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function of observation group was improved significantly,FVC,PEF and FEV1 were superior than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium Sulfate combined with Methyl Prednisolone can be integrated both anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effect reconciliation,rapidly improve lung environment,alleviate symptoms of asthma,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
