The Observation of Curative Effect of Early Intravenous Thrombolysis with Recombinant Tissue-type Plasminogen Activator(rt-PA) in the ;Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Abstract：Objective:To observe the curative effect of early intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:36 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were being treated at our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group (18 cases) and the control group(18 cases),the observation group were treated through intravenous thrombolytic with rt-PA(0.8 mg/kg), the control group were used activating blood and resolving stasis,the NIHSS score of the two groups before and after treatment of 1,7,14 d was compared. Result:After the treatment of the first,the 7th days,the 14th days,the NIHSS score in the observation group were better than control group,the total efficiency after 90 d was significantly higher than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous thrombolysis with r-TPA in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can promote early recovery of neurological function,improve the prognosis after 90 d,and the earlier treatment begins the better the effect of thrombolysis.
