Clinical Significance of Maternal Blood Irregular Antibody Detection for the Prevention of Irregular Antibodies HDN/ZHONG Ji-sheng
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of maternal blood irregular antibody detection for the prevention of irregular antibodies HDN. Method:160 cases of pregnant women with spouse ABO and after A/B IgG antibody screening were included in the study group, prenatal HDN preventive interventions were used. The same period 160 cases of pregnant women with spouse ABO but subjectively not agreed to A/B IgG antibody screening were included in the control group. The incidence of neonatal HDN,jaundice appears time and total bilirubin concentration test results of two groups neonatal were observed and compared.Result:The incidence of HDN of the study group was significantly lower than the control group, the average time and total bilirubin jaundice was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two group were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irregular antibodies prenatal maternal blood screening for effective prevention of early onset of HDN has a positive effect, can reduce the incidence of HDN,while reducing the incidence of children with the degree of hemolysis, improve neonatal safety.
